Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail clinic environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient health and wellness, thrives under a busy schedule, and excels at building trust and rapport through excellent communication and clinical expertise. This role also involves active participation in outreach and promotional events that support the clinic's growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive consultations by reviewing patients’ medical histories, including past injuries, surgeries, and lifestyle factors.
- Perform physical assessments with a focus on spinal health, posture, and range of motion.
- Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays to support clinical findings.
- Develop and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses.
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments in an open-clinic setting while maintaining professionalism and patient comfort.
- Educate patients on chiropractic principles, recovery strategies, and rehabilitative exercises to support long-term health.
- Refer patients to appropriate healthcare professionals when additional medical intervention is required.
- Foster strong and positive relationships with patients to encourage trust and treatment adherence.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Manage a high caseload efficiently while ensuring exceptional quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless clinic operations and high patient retention.
- Participate in internal training and development programs to continuously improve clinical and service delivery standards, as well as to train others.
- Participate in our roadshows, open houses, health fairs, and other community or promotional events to engage potential clients and raise awareness of chiropractic care.
- Work retail clinic hours, may include weekends.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from an accredited institution.Successful completion of written and clinical exams by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) .Strong diagnostic skills, including professional interpretation of x-rays.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.Positive attitude, strong integrity, and high standards of professional conduct.Tell employers what skills you have
