We are seeking a highly experienced leader, specializing in trading products, to establish and lead a local team in Singapore. This team will primarily focus on international derivatives for advanced traders and collaborate with the US Trading team to define and deliver Coinbase's next-generation trading experience. The role involves leading multi-quarter, cross-organizational initiatives, mentoring product managers, and delivering high-quality trading products that address both local and global customer requirements.

What you’ll be doing :

• Lead the discovery and development of mission-critical trading products, including order placement, execution flows, and user experience
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and other functions to align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap.
• Mentor and coach product managers across various levels, fostering growth and developing the next generation of trading and product leaders.
• Elevate product quality and promote best practices through product reviews, user research guidance, and process improvements.
• Be the face of trading to customers and partners throughout APAC
