Job descriptionEvaluate existing businesses and potential investment opportunities, prospective acquisitions, M&A or joint ventures, and new business opportunities Understand market trends, research, and assess existing businesses and possible new opportunities to develop and grow the business Create detailed financial models, prepare financial analysis, valuation, risk analysis and returns scenarios to evaluate investment proposals and business opportunities Organise and conduct due diligence and align business inputs and assumptions for selected projects Prepare business proposals for presentation to Senior Management Monitor and evaluate performance of the business units in the portfolio to identify areas of value-creation, synergies and enhance returns Bachelor’s degree in any discipline At least 5-7 years working experience in-house, M&A, Corporate Finance, Business Development Good technical skills, i.e financial modelling (preferably in infrastructure or maritime, transportation, shipping, logistics but open to generalists too) Motivated self-starter, good articulation, enjoy challenges Good business acumen and international business mindset Professional, positive attitude and capable of contributing to a dynamic and team-oriented culture Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
