Summary

Our Client’s Business Development team is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to ensure the stability and reliability of our critical data systems. This is a hybrid role blending production support with data analysis and quality assurance. You will be the first line of defense for our production data pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and proactively contributing to testing and process improvements to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for production support, monitoring data pipelines, troubleshooting failures, and performing root cause analysis on system and data issues.
• Develop and enhance operational tools, dashboards, and automation scripts (Python, SQL), leveraging AI and other advanced tools to continuously improve processes and support efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams, participating in testing cycles for new features and bug fixes to ensure system stability and data quality.
• Communicate issue status and resolution to business users and technical partners.
