Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Health & Beauty Shop
  • Position Title : Customer Service
  • Working Location : Kallang
  • Working Hours : 5 days (Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm)
  • Salary Package : Basic $3,000 - $3,500
  • Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer phone calls.
  • Respond to enquiries via text and email.
  • Assist with and follow up on customer requests / orders.
  • Pick and pack customer orders.
  • Coordinate with transport / logistics partners on shipping and delivery matters.
  • Work with MPM (internal ERP system).
  • Follow up on overdue account collections.
  • Handle printing and document filing.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Strong teamwork and work ethic.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
