The Horse’s Mouth is a cocktail bar and grill located at Millenia Walk, known for inventive drinks, bold flavors, and warm, genuine hospitality. Our cocktail program centers around omakase-style creations and seasonal expressions, while the food menu leans heavily on the grill—flame-kissed ingredients, umami-forward dishes, and shareable plates made to go with good drinks and great company. Whether it’s a quiet solo sip at the bar or a full-on night with friends, THM is where curiosity, craft, and comfort come together.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Bartender to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently excellent service, helping us push boundaries behind the bar, and building memorable guest experiences every night.
What You’ll Be Doing
Behind the Bar
- Keep the bar stocked, prepped, and flowing smoothly—cocktails, spirits, and zero-proof drinks included.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager to improve how we run things : better systems, smarter cost control, and stronger team rhythms.
- Help hit our sales and service targets by delivering great drinks and keeping standards sharp.
- Maintain our cocktail recipe book so everyone’s on the same page—methods, specs, and images.
- Contribute your creativity to our cocktail program—developing new drinks for the menu and seasonal launches.
- Team up with the kitchen to build thoughtful drink pairings and drive up food sales through collabs and feedback.
- Join daily team huddles before service so everyone’s set up for success.
- Support other outlets in the group when needed—we believe in teamwork beyond borders.
On the Floor
Lead with hospitality—set the tone for welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive service.Be an active part of service, pouring drinks and connecting with guests at the bar.Ensure guest reservations are tracked, honored, and smoothly handled.Handle feedback gracefully and turn challenges into wins whenever possible.Keeping Things Safe & Clean
Ensure the bar and all tools meet cleanliness and safety standards.Stay on top of food and beverage labeling to keep everything fresh and accountable.Handle bar equipment with care and help the team do the same.And a Little Extra
