Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Taiseng

Employment Type : Full-Time

Working Days : 5 Days

Salary Range : SGD 6,000 – 8,500 / month

About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department to ensure consistent and profitable growth in revenue across all products. This role requires building and maintaining strong client relationships through networking, account management, and business development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets set by Management.
  • Drive business development by acquiring new accounts and strengthening existing key accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, products, and pricing.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to evaluate product-market fit and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct client research and feedback reviews to improve service levels.

Sales Management

  • Lead and manage the sales team throughout the sales cycle to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the team on pre-sales, negotiations, and after-sales service.
  • Set sales targets and ensure growth within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product forecasting, trend analysis, and inventory tracking to support effective supply chain management and manage aged inventory.
  • Review and calculate sales commissions for the sales team for approval and processing.
  • Other Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales budget and expenditure, ensuring business profitability.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO as required.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in sales and account management, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
