Manage day-to-day administration of assigned portfolio of Singapore companies
Liaise with legal counsel, clients and internal parties with regards to the onboarding, client due diligence and risk assessment of business for new and existing clients
Assist with the review on a corporate governance and transactional basis on documents and resolutions,
Maintain statutory records and coordinate of the timely signing of documentation
Work in a team to manage process effectively and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Assist with the preparation and circulation of notices of board and / or shareholders’ meetings, etc.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, including lawyers, trustees, custodians and other transaction parties
Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial, preferably from a professional services provider background.
Good corporate secretarial knowledge for Singapore, Cayman and BVI.
Commitment to high standards of professionalism and client service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
