About the role

As a digital product trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and support the team on Wealth Platform management. This includes gathering of requirements with in-market teams, working with Delivery and Technology teams to implement the features and functions within the advisory platforms.

Job Responsibility

Understand the advisory platform objectives and how they contribute to the organisation goals

Support the development and management of the platform to deliver customer and business success

Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including country business, products, technology and operational teams to ensure the successful execution of the projects and support post-production training, issue investigations and timely resolution.

Participate and support cross functional working group discussions to refine and improve on the customer / employee journey for Wealth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related field.

Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player

Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and commitment

Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines

Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
