Children’s gym in central Singapore hiring a Gym Manager to coach kids (4–12), lead a team, and run programmes in gymnastics, parkour & fitness.

We are hiring on behalf of a leading children’s fitness academy in Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach kids, lead a small team of junior coaches, and manage daily gym operations.

If you’ve coached kids aged 4–12 and have experience in gymnastics, parkour, or movement-based programmes, this could be your next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 2 FT coaches, 3–4 PT coaches, and admin staff
• Oversee daily gym operations, class transitions, and safety protocols
• Step in to coach kids (ages 4–12) when needed
• Maintain programme standards and ensure quality delivery
• Manage customer experience and communicate professionally with parents
