Roles & Responsibilities :
- Deliver network technical services to new and current customers
- Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts / Value to customers
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Troubleshoot and support customer faults on network and network security equipment
Requirements :
Diploma in IT or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in network implementation and supportTeam player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skillsMeticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressureGood foundation of information technology trends and developmentsCandidates without prior experience are welcome to applyWorking hours : 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
