About the Role
HOPEASIA Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based info-communications technology company providing digital transformation and business solutions to help organisations enhance customer engagement and operational performance.
We work with partners across Asia to design and deliver technology-driven strategies that support growth, communication, and innovation.
We are seeking a Director (Sales & Business Strategy) to lead commercial expansion, partnerships, and strategic development across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business growth, sales strategy, and partnership development for the company's digital solutions.
- Identify new markets, clients, and opportunities for sustainable expansion.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships and business networks.
- Oversee operational and financial performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client objectives.
- Represent HOPEASIA in industry discussions, media features, and client engagements.
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital solutions, business development, and technology-driven sales.Experience managing client acquisition, proposal development, and project execution.Proven success in leadership, revenue generation, and partnership management.Ability to translate business strategy into actionable, measurable plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Leadership presence with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Minimum 3 years of experience in digital services, consulting, or technology business development.Background in ICT or professional services preferred.Experience working with clients or partners in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.Tell employers what skills you have
