Roles & Responsibilities
Position : Associate Equipment Engineer
Salary : $2800 - $3200 + OT + Shift allowance
Working Days : Work 3 days , Rest 2 days (Morning / Night shift)
Working Location : Office (Tampine ) / Client Site (Woodlands)
Job Description & Requirements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance process capability and productivity.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, supporting their technical skill development.
- Assist in the development, review, and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies and procedures.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support and reliability.
