Job Description

Process and validate client transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor and resolve operational discrepancies within the transfer agency function.

Maintain up-to-date client records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address client inquiries and requests efficiently.

Support the team in meeting service level agreements and operational targets.

Prepare and review reports related to transaction processing and account maintenance.

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the department.

Ensure compliance with risk and control frameworks within the banking and financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transfer Agency Ops should have :

Min diploma holder with experience in transfer agency or similar operational roles within financial services.
