Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervising staff : This includes training, motivating, and evaluating staff performance, ensuring they adhere to service standards and company policies.
• Overseeing daily operations : This involves managing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety, and handling customer complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction : This includes providing prompt and professional service, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Managing inventory and ordering : This involves monitoring stock levels, assisting with ordering supplies and beverages, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Contributing to profitability : This may involve analyzing sales data, controlling wastage, and maximizing revenue.
• Maintaining compliance : This includes adhering to health and safety regulations, beverage service certifications, and other relevant standards.
• Assisting with menu planning : This may involve collaborating with the chef to develop menus, considering customer preferences and cost analysis.
• Training and development : Providing guidance and support to staff, facilitating their professional development, and ensuring they have the skills needed to excel.
• Handling customer issues : Addressing customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Scheduling and rostering : Planning and organizing staff schedules, balancing workloads, and ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Maintaining a positive team culture : Encouraging teamwork, positive communication, and employee engagement.
• Able to work in shift / PH and weekends.
