We're hiring a hands-on Food Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production and quality operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in food science who's eager to grow with a company redefining how the world feeds dogs.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight : Supervise and participate in the daily production of freeze-dried dog food.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain high product standards and ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
- Process Improvement : Support initiatives to boost efficiency, consistency, and productivity.
- Inventory Control : Manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods inventory.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth, timely workflows.
- Regulatory Compliance : Uphold GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
