Responsibilities
of Lorna Whiston Student Care centre
overall safety and well-being of students
Liaise with HQ and parents with regards to student and Centre
matters
their work
activities are carried out as per set
curriculum
logistics
regular updates to parents regarding their children's well-being
and academic matters
documentation and timely submission of applications and withdrawals
of enrolment
on fees arrears
students' profile and finance matters
related duties as assigned by the CEO and Head of Schools

representative to families and the external community, providing
the best customer service during a customer's initial admission and
enrolment experience
and present LW's programmes to prospective parents and
students
points and continuously learn new features of the various
programmes; communicate LW's ethos and programmes
effectively
partners, affiliates and influencers in the communities
locally
Qualifications and
Experience
experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or
Kindergarten
Education, or in another field with a PGCE
Possess excellent communication skills
Meticulous and able to multi-task
