Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Human Capital Management (HCM) professional to drive our people agenda across Asia Pacific. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, delivering best-in-class employee experience while optimizing HCM operations and processes.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the APAC HCM Director to plan and execute the local people strategy in support of the firm’s overarching goals
  • Develop trusted relationships and interface effectively with senior leaders and colleagues
  • Drive employee engagement and ensure HCM practices support both business growth and employee wellbeing
  • Act as an employee champion and change agent, driving change initiatives and embedding a continuous improvement approach within both the business and the HCM team
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to automate and streamline processes to make them scalable, efficient and user-friendly
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HRIS and key systems to streamline reporting workflows
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and present findings to the business
  • Navigate country-specific regulations, labor laws and cultural nuances across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia
  • Collaborate with global HCM team to ensure consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives

What you’ll bring

What you need :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources Management
  • Extensive HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment, ideally within financial institutions or other highly regulated industries
  • APAC regional experience (including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan) is highly preferred
  • International experience (especially in Head Office) would be a great plus
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and develop strong cross-functional relationships across geographies
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR practices in key APAC jurisdictions
  • Fluency in written and verbal English; additional Asian language(s) highly valued
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly
  • High sense of urgency, sound judgement, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Advanced MS Office skills and hands-on expertise with HR systems
