Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead & Architect with deep expertise in the Banking and Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple banking and insurance platforms, strong architectural skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role requires proficiency in Cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement end-to-end technical architectures for banking and insurance applications.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

· Technical Leadership:

Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
  Domain Expertise: Work on diverse banking and insurance platforms, ensuring interoperability and compliance. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

· Cloud & AI Integration:

• Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platform.
• Apply AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics, fraud detection, and customer experience enhancements.

· Performance & Security:

• Conduct performance tuning and security assessments for applications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in IT with at least 5 years in architecture roles.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking and insurance processes, platforms, and integrations.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Microservices, API design, and integration patterns.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to AI/ML certifications or practical implementation.
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
