Roles & Responsibilities

$6,000 to $7,200 Basic + $600 to $1,300 Transport
Entitled to excellent variable bonus, 4 to 5 months
Hybrid Working Arrangement
MNC

Responsibilities :

Reports to the Director of Corporate Strategy Planning to drive strategic initiative

Conduct research through market, social, competitors etc to identify key challenges for sustainable growth & regional contribution towards realizing a sustainable society

Support in formulating mid to long term regional corporate strategies

Promoting strategic awareness among regional management team and employees

Manage timelines, documentation & communications of strategic planning timelines

Support in identifying key business risk & provide strategic recommendation to top management

Requirement :

At least a Bachelor Degree

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Strategy or Business Development / Sales strategy

Experience in Semiconductor or Technology industry will be a plus
