Job description

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Respond to quotation requests, prepare competitive offers, and close sales effectively.
  • Generate weekly sales reports and forecasts to support planning and performance tracking.
  • Address technical and quality concerns in coordination with principals.
  • Work with principals regarding pricing, product specifications, and quality issues.
  • Participate in overseas travel for meetings, supplier visits, and training sessions as needed.

Job Specifications :

  • Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar field).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the electronic components industry preferred.
  • Experience in electronic component distribution is a plus.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally when needed.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
