Car Accident Claims Executive
Job Description :
▶Assist clients with their accident reporting
▶Advise clients on the claims and repair procedure
▶Follow up with workshop on status of repair and update clients
▶Follow up with surveyors and insurance to ensure prompt payouts
▶To assist with general queries from clients at reception counter
▶Other duties as assigned
▶6 days work week (Mon-Fri 0845-1745, Sat 0845-1600, No overtime work)
Job Requirements :
▶Enjoy interacting and helping clients
▶Be able to effectively communicate with clients
▶Motivated and driven personality
▶Able to multi task
▶Interest in automotive industry
▶Minimum 1-2 years experience in motor car insurance companies
