Roles & Responsibilities
What the role involves :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for / with the hiring managers and the candidates, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
- Build and maintain networks within and outside the Company to cultivate a strong passive candidate / talent pool.
- Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager to meet the hiring needs and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Execute innovative sourcing methods and recruitment activities to identify the right candidates for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with recruitment agencies / search firms, institutions and various government agencies.
- In-charge and participate in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program / activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
- Administer the Internship and Employee Referral Program.
- Administer the on-boarding process including preparation of appointment letter, contract signing, first day onboarding briefing and personal files / filing.
- Prepare Recruitment tracking, Recruitment analysis and Foreign Worker Dependency Ratio reports in Excel and PowerPoint for Management reporting.
- Support and participate in other HR initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Support ad-hoc administrative assignment where necessary
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in HRM or equivalent3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in direct and in-house sourcing of candidates preferably from Logistics / Supply Chain industriesIT Savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and Power AutomateExcellent written and spoken communication for the role of company brand AmbassadorPassionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding and employee engagementResourceful and innovative on recruitment channelsGood change management and continuous learning attitudeMature and positive with good interpersonal skillsGood attention to detailsTell employers what skills you have
