Job descriptionPlan, implement, and roll out the collection and expertise training schedule and seminars.Ensure local trainers deliver training following company strategy and direction.Adapt tools from HQ and create local training tools (if needed).Ensure all category sales associates and / or boutique managers are trained and adapt the learning on the floor.Follow the development of the key performers to upgrade expertise level.Support preparation of events and creation of localized coaching programs.Build monthly & annual training calendars and actions in line with other training managers and training budget.Conduct evaluation after each training to allow quantitative and qualitative monitoring.Constantly provide coaching and TTT to local trainers.Propose actions to improve the training effectiveness.
