On behalf of the hiring company, which is a market leader in their sector, is looking for a suitable candidate to join them as an Assistant Manager (electricity sales)
Responsibilities
- To plan and oversee all sales activities for the Large Electricity Sales Team (B2B) and work with various functional teams to propose pricing strategies to achieve and exceed Team and Personal Financial and Market Share Targets
- Foster strong business relationships with existing Commercial and Industrial Key Account customers and prospects, and ensure consistent business follow-ups
- Work with the Product Development Team to identify and develop new business opportunities and programs for the Commercial and Industrial Segment
- Collection of competitor market pricing, products, and services
- Ensure compliance with company procedures & proper documentation of electricity documents, security deposits, and approval forms
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications (Degree) in any disciplineDiploma holder with min 5 years of relevant sales experience3 to 5 years of sales and account servicing experience with commercial and industrial customersPrior experience in leading and managing a teamPrior experience in the Power IndustryGood interpersonal skills to manage customers with easeAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to use Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to complete essential requirements of the roleAbility to read / interpret tender / contractual documentationAbility to interpret numerical information, logically analyse complex dataAbility to troubleshoot in a logical mannerExhibit leadership skills & outspoken personalityOutgoing personality with the ability to negotiate with and convince customers to sign up for packagesSales driven to achieve targets set by the companyAble to communicate orally clearly and fluently in both individual and group situationsAble to write clearly and fluentlyMeticulous and analytical personality to help customers resolve day-to-day issues with the relevant authorities and departmentsSuccessfully adapt to changing demands and conditionsTerm : 12 months
