Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
- Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities with the school
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs / career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
- Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
Requirements :
Degree in any disciplineMinimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitmentA good understanding of Singapore's talent market and have prior experience in conducting proactive searches for potential candidates through market-mapping & databases etcCandidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantageStrong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills and possess the ability to engage candidates of all levels of seniorityEnjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAbility to work independently and within a teamInterest applicants, pls email updated resume to
