Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Manage and organize patient records and documentation
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handle data entry and maintain databases
  • Prepare and process correspondence and reports
  • Support day-to-day office operations and communications

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N / O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
