Responsibilities :

Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives.

Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.

Experience in TCM clinic management is highly desirable.
