Day-to-day responsibilities :
Prepare (including frost and bake)
cakes in a variety of shapes;
Mould fondant
decorations independently;
Assembly of
finished products (including, in particular, customized buttercream
cakes with fondant decorations) without supervision;
Mentor and guide junior Cake Artist & Bakers within
the Company;
Contribute ideas effectively to,
and assist, the management of the Company on executing marketing
and business development
strategies.
Our ideal
candidate : At least 3
years' experience with cake preparations, baking, and
frosting.
At least 3 years' experience
decorating customised cakes, including handling of
fondant.

detail.
