Job descriptionPossess foundation in Internet protocols (TCP / IP) and routing protocol Possess analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skill Effective (written, oral, listening) communication skill Troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain systems Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth operations Configure and fine-tune systems Oversee design, implementation and management of new systems Conduct training to analysts in the usage and functionality of the systems Proficient in SIEMS and case management tools administration and operations Proficient in SOC Processes (SOPs) Hands-on experience in setting up SIEM platforms and parser development Hands-on experience in the provisioning and interpreting log and network packet data such as SNARE, CEF, PCAP and Netflow. Hands-on experience in Unix / Linux / Windows administration; virtual machine, storage & backup system; network & security management Good knowledge and experience on security threat and attack countermeasure Knowledge of one or more of the following will be an advantage : Preferably trained at system management level on the SIEMS, Breach Detection System and Network Forensic System Preferably with SANS 400 certified
