岗位职责 Responsibilities:
接待来访客户,提供友好、专业的咨询与引导。
Greet customers and provide friendly and professional guidance.
管理预约系统,安排客户时间并处理更改。
Handle booking and scheduling via the clinic system.
接听电话、回复 WhatsApp / 微信 / Email 等咨询。
Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp/WeChat/Email inquiries.
为客户办理登记、付款、开票等基本行政手续。
Manage registration, payment, invoicing and other front-desk admin tasks.
维护前台环境整洁,营造舒适的候诊体验。有空也协助维护店环境整洁。
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. When got time also helps to maintain shop cleanliness.
与治疗师、管理团队沟通协调,确保客户流程顺畅。
Coordinate with therapists and the team to ensure smooth client flow.
协助简单的数据整理、库存记录或社媒内容上传(如需)。
Assist with basic data entry, stock recording or content uploading when needed.
岗位要求 Requirements:
性格细心、耐心、有服务意识。
Detail-oriented, patient and customer-service minded.
良好的沟通能力,能与客户保持友好互动。
Good communication skills with a friendly attitude.
精通双语优先
Bilingual proficiency is a plus factor.
熟悉电脑操作,如 Excel、预约系统或社交媒体。
Proficient in basic computer tasks (Excel, booking systems, social media).
有前台、客服、行政相关经验者和有销售经验者优先。
Experience in receptionist, customer service ,admin roles & Sales experience is a plus.
对健康、中医、保健行业有兴趣者优先。
Interest in wellness, TCM or healthcare industry is an advantage.
能接受周末工作者优先。
Willingness to work on weekends is preferred.
