Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service Executive (Import) / Mon-Fri, 9am -5.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
- Contact point for Airfreight Import, to manage customers for movement of import shipments.
- Follow up on urgent shipments & liaise with stakeholder (Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales)
- Ensure that customers’ expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
- Regular Business Review with Customers (MBR / QBR)
- Perform process including Billing and follow up on billing disputes.
- Experience in Airfreight Import, and able to commit weekend when required.
2. Customer Service Officer / Executive (Export) / Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm
Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely mannerMonitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team)Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirementEnsure monthly customer report is submitted.Diploma in any discipline with 5 years in related fieldInterested applicants, send in your updated resume by clicking “Apply Now”.
