Responsibilities :
E-Commerce Management
Handle day-to-day operations on key online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc.).
Ensure product information, inventory levels, and content remain accurate and updated.
Maintain brand website links to direct shoppers seamlessly to authorised online and offline retailers.
Campaign Execution
Plan and roll out regional promotional activities, including mega sales events and new product launches.
Partner with country teams to localise campaigns while staying aligned with regional strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective digital assets that boost visibility and engagement.
Data & Insights
Track and evaluate performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
Build dashboards and reports that highlight insights and recommend improvements.
Analyse competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
Suggest initiatives to increase efficiency and campaign returns.
Collaboration & Alignment
Work alongside regional and in-country stakeholders to strengthen online brand presence.
Lead regular performance reviews and resolve operational challenges with teams.
Ensure online strategies support the overall business objectives of the region.
