Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Research Fellow to join our group at the National University of Singapore. The successful candidate will work on advanced projects at the intersection of condensed matter physics, terahertz (THz) spectroscopy, and quantum device engineering. The position offers the opportunity to develop and explore new experimental platforms for probing correlated quantum materials and advancing quantum sensing technologies.

Job Requirements

Device Fabrication & Characterization

• Fabricate and characterize high-quality quantum material devices with precise control over structure and electronic properties
• Conduct low-temperature electrical and optical experiments in cryogenic environments

Experimental Research & Development

Quantum Sensing Applications

Collaboration & Dissemination

Qualifications

Strong background in at least one of the following areas : 2D materials and van der Waals heterostructures

Low-temperature transport or optical spectroscopy

THz technology and instrumentation

Superconducting devices and quantum measurement techniques
