- Drive the group’s strategic growth while overseeing & supporting the daily operations in Singapore and the Region
- Lead and coach sales and customer service teams to deliver empathetic, high-quality patient engagement.
- Partner with medical team to align operations with clinical excellence.
- Ensure strong patient acquisition, retention, and service satisfaction.
- Build and lead a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand to external stakeholders, partners, and the community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of any disciplineProven leadership experience in healthcare, allied health, or customer-focused service industries.Strong operational management skills with the ability to be hands-on.Demonstrated success in sales coaching, customer service training, and team development.Strong communicator who can liaise effectively with healthcare professionals.Your interest will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
