Roles & Responsibilities

What you will Do?

  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees across various departments
  • Develop and implement onboarding materials and resources to support new hires
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Provide guidance and support to new employees during their initial employment period
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and suggest improvements

Your Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with new hires and team members
  • Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
