Responsibilities
Performing refraction test and dispensingPossess contact lens (CL) knowledge through CL Fitting, Dispensing and aftercare and CL complications.Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company’s image and values.Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.Perform cashiering duties and handle various in-store payment transactions.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adhere to company SOPs.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Optometry or equivalentRegistered with OOB (pre-registered candidates welcome!)Able to work independently and collaboratively in a community settingPassionate about making eye care accessible and meaningfulPrior retail experience is preferred.Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good command of spoken and written English.Sales-driven and customer-oriented.Willing to stand long hours and work on weekends and public holidaysNote : Training Provided
