Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle multiple projects concurrently, overseeing them from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution phases. Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Define and articulate the creative vision for our interior design projects, aligning with the company’s brand identity and client objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and design charrettes to generate innovative ideas and concepts that challenge conventions and push boundaries.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team of designers, builders and Contractors for fostering their artistic growth and professional development.
  • Oversee the development of design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations that communicate the essence of each project and inspire stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to translate design concepts into tangible deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and constraints.
  • Conduct design reviews and critique sessions to maintain design integrity, quality standards, and adherence to timelines.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and materials in interior design, integrating relevant insights into our creative process.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the design team, fostering an environment where ideas thrive and innovation flourishes.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful projects.
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles, scales, and typologies, demonstrating creativity, originality, and craftsmanship.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading design teams and directing creative processes from concept to execution.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts persuasively and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit
  • Deep understanding of design principles, spatial dynamics, materiality, and environmental considerations.
  • Passion for design innovation, with a keen eye for emerging trends, technologies, and cultural influences.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious, creative goals.
