💼 Position : Hair Salon Supervisor

🕒 Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (6 Days Work Week)

📅 Start Date : Immediate

🔹 Job Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth workflow

Supervise hairstylists and junior staff; provide guidance and support

Maintain high standards of customer service and salon hygiene

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

Manage inventory of hair products and tools

Assist with scheduling, staff training, and promotional activities

Requirements :

Proven experience as a senior hairstylist or salon supervisor (min. 2 years)

Skilled in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-focused and team-oriented
