Job descriptionEducational Qualifications as per requirements. Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good presentation and persuasive selling skills. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets. Positive attitude, energetic, and Team oriented / Team Player. Possess a valid driving license will be added advantage / Merit. Must possess own vehicle
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Actively promote and sell company's all products / services to new customers (BCO / Direct Shippers) through outdoor sales visits.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.
