Ideal Profile
The client is seeking a driven and experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. You should be confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Experience working in large organizations will be highly regarded.
