Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated area by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to develop strategies that will maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, and to provide regular reports on sales activities and performance. Job Responsibilities

Ÿ- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated area.

Ÿ- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Ÿ- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Ÿ- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Ÿ- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Ÿ- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market conditions.

Ÿ- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ÿ- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Ÿ- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Ÿ- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Ÿ- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Ÿ- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products and services.

Ÿ- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and features.

Ÿ- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ÿ- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.

Ÿ- Train and mentor junior sales team members.

Ÿ- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Ÿ- Travel within the designated area as required.

Ÿ- To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels.
  • 2 years and above experience as a sales representative or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to travel within the designated area.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
