Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• In charge of performing daily operational activities in commercial building which includes attending to tenants' enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical / electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
