Responsibilities
Prepare EDM and HR Spotlight for annual iFlex Enrolment exercise
Perform benefits enrolment via portal, Integrated Health Plans (IHP), when required
Process / verify vendors’ tax invoices e.g., preventive health screening
Assist with the distribution of physical cards e.g. AIA Dental cards
Send benefits enrolment email to employees with mid-year events e.g. marriage, newborn, conversion from contract staff to regular staff
Consolidate renewal data (Group Business Travel & ISOS) received from HR Business Partners
Data entries of renewal data e.g., Work Injury Compensation (WIC) into insurer declaration form
Assist in accrual exercise for respective companies
Perform any other ad-hoc duties / projects assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
