JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies
- Provide insights on workforce planning and recruitment analytics
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!
