There is an increased thrust to deliver our services for the growing Asian Pharmaceutical market. As a result of this, Construction Department operation is expanding and evolving to manage the challenges of regional projects that continue to pose challenges in offering our services through a global talent pool.

The Role

The Project Engineer is accountable for the successful delivery of capital projects, ensuring zero safety or quality incidents, and completion within approved timelines and budgets. This role supports strategic site objectives by ensuring projects meet engineering, safety, and regulatory standards, and align with operational excellence.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Professional: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Proven experience in project execution within industrial or regulated environments Familiarity with project controls and EPCM contractor management
• Technical: Understanding of industrial standards, cost estimation, and scheduling Knowledge of GMP, GEP, GDP, EHS, and local SOPs Experience with project management frameworks and engineering standards
• Business: Strong communication and reporting skills Analytical thinking and commercial awareness For senior roles: leadership capabilities, contractual knowledge, and business performance insight
