Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely and adequate production to meet customer and company demands
- Optimize production yield by minimizing costs, reworks, and rejects
- Manage raw material usage and inventory effectively
- Assist in production manpower planning and staff deployment
- Support the smooth operation of daily production activities across departments
- Train operators to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to processes
- Delegate tasks and assign duties to production team members
- Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the production team
- Inspect output to ensure it meets required quality standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of production equipment and facilities
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery and support operations
- Conduct training and monitor team member performance based on KPIs
Job Requirements / Candidate Profile :
Strong interest and passion for the food industryProven experience in production planning and forecastingPrior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environmentExcellent coaching, leadership, and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to coordinate across departments effectivelyITE / Diploma in related fieldAt least secondary School qualificationAt least 2 years of working experience in a production-related positionAble / conversant in Word, Excel and normal computer literacyPlease send your resume to admin.hr@ariesfresh.com or whatsapp to +65 92712171
