Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Food Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to management.
Monitor financial performance and variance analysis, recommending strategies for cost optimization.
Support decision-making through detailed financial reporting and scenario modeling.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and payroll posting.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor liquidity and cash flow to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management dashboards.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term financial strategy and risk management.
Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on financial performance and business initiatives.
Drive process improvements in financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance.
Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture within the finance function.

Requirements :

Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) or CFA Level I preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting; multinational or regional exposure is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
