Position Title : Compliance Junior Associate / Compliance Junior Analyst
Working Location : Downtown Core
Working Hours : 5 days, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Salary Package : Basic salary up to $2800 + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Review Customer Due Diligence (CDD / KYC) for new and existing customers.

Answer queries on AML / CFT, risk assessment, and name screening.

Provide user support for the automated CDD system.

Help update internal procedures to align with regulations and standards.

Monitor customer activity, prepare reports, and escalate issues to Management.

Develop training materials and deliver briefings on regulatory duties.

Coordinate and respond to information requests.

Contribute to AML / CFT projects, including data analysis.

Perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

AML / CFT or audit experience is a plus (not required).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
