Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Loyang (Company transport provided at various location)
Monday - Friday : 9 AM - 6 PM

✨ Attractive salary up to $3,400 (based on experience) + growth opportunities in procurement and supply chain.

A leading global provider of innovative marine electronics and navigation systems with strong presence in Singapore, supporting regional operations and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

Retrieve and review vendor datasheets for part number creation.

Communicate with vendors for purchase orders, shipping, delivery, invoicing, and trade procurement matters.

Maintain accurate vendor information in ERP (NetSuite).

Create, monitor, and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Expedite outstanding orders and update delivery status in ERP to meet project timelines.

Support warehouse and logistics teams in monthly stock counts and supply chain activities.

Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support ongoing procurement activities.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure visibility and efficiency across the supply chain.

Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.

Requirements

Minimum ITE Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Logistics preferred.

At least 2 years of procurement experience.

Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).

Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
